Black seeds, or Habeet al-Barakat in Arabic is ‘The Seed of Blessing’. It is a seed used since Ancient Egyptian times as a cure-all and has even been discovered in the Pharaoh’s tombs. Muhammad, The Prophet of Islam said, “To hold on to the use of the Black Seeds, for in them is a cure for all things except death”. There have been many studies about the abilities of these seeds and diseases that they treat. You will find that this statement is not an exaggeration.
Our seeds are a product of Tunisia and are non-GMO and Organic. They are the real seeds and not fake ones that you might see in American stores. The seeds are actually a bit smaller.
They can be used in baking, ground up and mixed with honey, made into teas, and have many uses.
How to use: Grind up in a coffee grinder and mix with honey. Eat one spoon in the morning and one in the evening.
Whole seeds can also be used in bread.
